The Farm 2 Fork Collective is a new Social Enterprise initiative for the South Burnett’s small food producers, food manufacturers and consumers.

Formed as a response to the impact of seven years of drought, diminishing markets for our small growers and a strong National Agritourism trend, we aim to connect growers and consumers, promote the South Burnett’s food diversity, educate the wider public in eating local and seasonal and promote the South Burnett as a food hub and Agritourism destination.

The Farm 2 Fork Collective committee is led by president, Roberta Schablon, local chef, published author and passionate locavore advocate, behind her is a team made up of local food and wine producers and managers, economic development experts, agritourism operators, journalist, web developer, graphic designer and community members passionate about the South Burnett, it’s growers and its future.

Our organisation is a registered Not For Profit and is Incorporated.
